My first cosplay finale!

Well, it is the same outfit. But I found a wig at a Halloween shop and messed around with that. Also I had to sow the skirt because it was to big.(in the last picture it was held by safety pins...)

and in hein sight I should have looked in my garage because we literally had the perfect broom for chibitalia, and I ended up having to use a witches broom from a party shop.
